South King County Youth Shelter
The South King County Youth Shelter provides 24-hour residential care to youth ages 12 to 17 experiencing homelessness and housing instability. Our team of licensed therapists, case managers, family liaisons, and direct-care staff work with youth and their families to explore options and find the best outcome for each individual client.

OPEN TO AGES 12 - 17
Clients may access services by COORS or police referral, or by self-referral.
Consent must be given by a parent, guardian, or CPS worker within 72 hours of clients entering the facility in order to remain in the program.

The South King County Youth Shelter is a private, residential facility not open to the public.
The facility features ten beds in five shared rooms, three shared bathrooms, and communal living and dining spaces.
Our shelter is staffed every day, 24-hours a day, to ensure client needs are met quickly and compassionately.
Clients accessing services at the South King County Youth Shelter work closely with staff to find solutions that meet their needs.
Whether that means working with families to discuss reunification, accessing transitional housing programs, or exploring ongoing shelter services, our goal is to see every client exit to safe, secure, and stable housing.
South King County is a private facility and cannot accept clients or visitors without a referral at this time.
